What are your goals for the next three years (or five years)?

Reflect on the next phase of your life: How would you like to spend the next three years? If you're over thirty, consider extending this to five years. Take two minutes to quickly jot down your goals, considering different aspects of your life, such as career, personal growth, relationships, health, and hobbies.

Write down whatever comes to mind, as it's crucial to capture your thoughts without overanalyzing. Sometimes, the conscious mind overlooks important details that surface when writing freely. Don't worry about perfection—just let your ideas flow.

After the initial two minutes, take another two minutes to refine and expand your list. This exercise is designed to help you define your long-term vision and set meaningful goals.
