The Third Lifetime Question

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

What if you had only six months to live?

Imagine you have only six months left to live, knowing that a lightning strike will end your life on that date. With this knowledge, consider how you would choose to spend your remaining time.

Assume that all necessary arrangements, such as your will and funeral plans, are already settled. Focus solely on how you would live these final months, free from logistical concerns.

Think about whether there are important aspects of your life you're neglecting or if certain areas need more attention. Would you continue your current lifestyle, or make bold changes? Write down your initial thoughts and plans as quickly as possible within two minutes. Afterward, take another two minutes to review and expand on your ideas.
