Cloud Sync stores your checklist data (tasks, priorities, counters, goals, and settings) securely in our database, linked to your account. This allows you to access your checklist from any device where you are signed in.
Your data is private and only accessible by you. It is not shared with third parties. You can disable Cloud Sync at any time by contacting support.
By clicking "I Agree," you consent to having your checklist data stored in our cloud database for cross-device access.
iPhone / iPad: Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow at the bottom of Safari), scroll down, and tap "Add to Home Screen." Your checklist will appear as an app with its own icon.
Android: In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu (top right), then tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App." Your checklist will appear as an app with its own icon.
Note: This must be done from the browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android), not from within another app.
📲 Add to Home Screen: Tap the small phone icon to the left of the title for instructions on adding this checklist to your phone's home screen as an app.
Launch buttons turn tasks into action triggers. Add a web link to any task and the "Launch" button opens that site directly. For example, link a language practice task to your flashcard app, a savings task to your bank, or a study task to your online course. One tap to start working.
"Unchecks each morning" tasks (green left border, DAILY tag) reset each day so recurring habits stay on your list automatically.
Counters track quantities like pages read, minutes practiced, or dollars saved.
File paths link tasks to files on your device. Enter the filename (or folder/filename). Tap "Copy Path" to copy the filename, then paste it into Spotlight (Cmd+Space on Mac) or the Files app search bar (iPhone) to find and open the file.
Not Today keeps a task on your list but grays it out for the day.
Mark as Done marks a task complete with a green checkmark. Tap again to undo it.
Priorities appear when you check a task, letting you rank with A, B, or C groups. Each priority number is unique across both categories, so there is only ever one A01, one A02, etc.
Reset Daily Tasks unchecks all repeating tasks for a fresh start each day.
Show Facets (top right) opens a sidebar showing your goals and facets from the planning tools for quick reference.
Download Backup saves a backup file to your device containing all your tasks, priorities, counters, and settings. Use this before switching devices or to keep a safety copy.
Upload Backup restores a previously saved backup file, replacing current checklist data. Use this to transfer your checklist to a new device or browser.
Print opens a paper-optimized version of your checklist with empty priority boxes, checkboxes, counter fields, and blank rows for tasks you add during the day.
Days assigns a task to specific days of the week. Select one or more days. Tasks only appear on their assigned days and from 8 PM the night before (for planning). Leave unselected for tasks you practice every day.
Minutes (optional) sets the duration for a task. This is displayed on the Goal Map to help you see your daily time commitments.
View All Tasks shows every task organized by day of the week, including tasks hidden from today's list. Use it when brainstorming or reorganizing your practice routine.
Link to Goal connects a task to one of your goals or facets from the Path to Purpose planner. This association will be used in the upcoming Goal Map visualization.
Goal Map opens a visual map showing how your daily tasks connect to your goals and facets. Use it to see the big picture of how your daily actions serve your larger purpose.
"Type or select..." input shows suggestions from your key commitments made in earlier course activities. Select one to pre-fill the task name, or type anything you want.
The example tasks below are just starting points. Remove, edit, or replace them with your own. Your goal and facet data carries over from the planning tools automatically.
