Traveling? Edit your own record in Students, change Timezone, save, and reload. Add Slot then uses your new local time. Your Weekly Schedule stays in Mexico City time.
Each student sees times in the Time Zone set on their record. Your own record's Time Zone sets your view timezone for this dashboard.
A short note (max 200 characters). The student sees a badge on their Menu and can reply. Their replies appear on your Menu.
Set this student's available session count directly (for testing, cash payments, or comps). This overwrites their current count.
Add open slots students can book. Each slot is one lesson.
Fill open slots automatically from your saved Weekly Schedule. Each class is 50 minutes on the hour. Sundays are skipped, and existing booked slots are never touched.

From is your first class start time. To is your last class start time. Classes run every hour (50 minutes each, with a 10-minute break before the next), so a day of 10:00 to 3:00 creates starts at 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, and 3. Leave a day blank to take it off. Sunday is always off.
Click "Add to My Calendar" to put a booking on your Google Calendar. Reschedule moves a booking to a new open time. Cancel frees the time and returns a credit. Past lessons also get a Remove button to clear them from this list.
Booking times are shown in your view timezone. The Reschedule "Move to..." times are Mexico City time.
When you reschedule or cancel, the old time is logged here so you can tell each student which calendar entries to delete. Copy the list into an email. Clear it once you've sent it.

This opens the real student scheduling calendar with the credit limit removed, so you can test booking end to end. It uses the exact same booking code students use. Test bookings are made under your name and marked as tests, so you can clear them afterward without touching real student bookings.
